To ride a Hiboy Scooter, start by turning on the power button and placing one foot on the deck while holding onto the handlebars. Use your other foot to push off the ground and gain momentum. Once you are moving, place your other foot on the deck and keep both feet at a comfortable distance for balance. To control your speed, use the accelerator on the right hand side of the handlebar.
