Electric bike how does it work?

An electric bike works by combining a traditional bicycle with a battery and motor. The rider can pedal the bike as normal, but the motor provides additional power either through pedal-assist or throttle-based acceleration. Pedal-assist systems detect when the rider is pedaling and automatically provide assistance based on the level selected. Throttle-based systems allow the rider to control the amount of power provided by a hand-held throttle. The battery provides power to the motor, and its capacity can affect the range and performance of the bike. Different types of electric bikes may have varying levels of power, battery capacity, and other technical factors that can impact their function. These bikes can be designed for different use cases, such as commuting, cargo hauling, or mountain biking, with features like frame materials, wheel size, and suspension tailored to the specific purpose of the bike.
