MICROMOBILITY INDUSTRIES CONTEST EMAIL SHARING OPT-IN
AGREEMENT This Micromobility Industries Contest Email Sharing
Opt-In Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you
("Participant" or "you") and Micromobility Industries, Inc.
("Micromobility Industries"), with respect to your
participation in the Micromobility Industries Contest
("Contest") and your agreement to allow Micromobility
Industries to share your email address with the Contest
partner ("Partner"). By opting in, you agree to the following
terms and conditions: Consent to Share Email Address: By
opting into this Agreement, you expressly consent to
Micromobility Industries sharing your email address with the
Partner for the purposes of the Contest and any related
marketing or promotional activities, subject to the terms and
conditions set forth herein. You acknowledge and agree that
your email address will be shared only with the Partner and
not with any other third parties without your further consent.
Privacy Policy: The collection, use, and disclosure of your
email address by Micromobility Industries and the Partner
shall be subject to the respective privacy policies of
Micromobility Industries and the Partner, which may be found
on their respective websites. You acknowledge that you have
read and understood the privacy policies of both Micromobility
Industries and the Partner and agree to be bound by their
terms. Opt-Out Rights: You have the right to opt-out of
receiving marketing or promotional communications from
Micromobility Industries and/or the Partner at any time by
following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such
communications, or by contacting Micromobility Industries
and/or the Partner directly. Your decision to opt-out shall
not affect your eligibility to participate in the Contest or
the rights and obligations of the parties under this
Agreement. Liability: You agree that neither Micromobility
Industries nor the Partner shall be liable for any
unauthorized use, disclosure, or loss of your email address,
except to the extent such liability arises from their
respective gross negligence or willful misconduct. Governing
Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State in which Micromobility
Industries is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of
law provisions. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes
the entire agreement between you and Micromobility Industries
with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all
prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and
representations, whether written or oral, relating thereto. BY
OPTING IN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND
AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN
THIS AGREEMENT.
