Recreational Equipment, Inc., better known as REI, is a company with quite a long tradition. It was established in the late 1930s by outdoor enthusiasts who wanted to create great outdoor gear and sell it at affordable prices. Even though it’s best known for its hiking and outdoor apparel and equipment, the company has also dabbled into electric bikes recently.
